Ingredients
2 pears, shaved in a mandolin or thinly sliced
100 g of sliced serrano ham (prosciutto will work too)
50 g of roasted and peeled hazelnuts, roughly smashed
200 g of burrata cheese
Salt, pepper and a generous amount of Picual EVOO to dress the ingredients
Chilli flakes to taste
Directions
To serve, place your sliced pears on a flat plate and then pull the burrata cheese open with your hands or cut with a knife if preferred. Add the sliced ham and roasted hazelnuts and finish it off with a generous amount of Picual EVOO, salt, pepper and chilli flakes.
