Corporate Away Days

Looking for a space for your next strategy session or corporate away day?  Our characterful homes, nestled in the privacy of our olive groves, provide the ideal island retreat for your next meeting.

Our homes provide the ideal corporate retreat with large dining tables for working sessions, private nooks for breakouts, and private spaces outside, with tables and seating, with views into the grove and beyond.  

We can host up to 12 people for more formal meetings around the dining table, or up to 20 people for more casual working sessions, with the use of the living areas and seating – depending which property you choose.   We’ll provide all-day Allpress filter coffee, TVs for presentations, flip charts to help get the work done, and our homes are climate controlled, so you and the team will stay warm or cool, no matter the island weather.  

We can help with catering throughout the day, as we have partners on the island that can deliver food to your meeting, and dining options after the business day is done. If required, we can collect you from the ferry – just ask us for more information and associated costs.  

Please note. Allpress Olive Grove Corporate Away Days are only available Mon-Thurs (and exclude all public holidays).

Each home is equipped to ensure you have what you need for a successful meeting:  

  • Large dining tables for formal meetings
  • Living areas for casual working sessions
  • Outdoor spaces for breakouts
  • Wireless internet  
  • Climate controlled rooms (A/C and heat) 
  • Sonos sound systems  
  • TV on relocatable trolley (cords provided for Mac + PC) 
  • Flip chart and easel 
  • Plus, we have Allpress Espresso filter coffee available all-day

A place to stay

If you want to extend the day and stay the night, the property you are meeting in has luxury accommodation to suit between 3-12 people depending on the property you are meeting in. For larger groups we have other homes to ensure we can meet your accommodation needs.

Rangihoua Villa

Elevated and expansive, Rangihoua Villa sits above our oldest and most established olive grove – the perfect spot to showcase Waiheke’s dramatic natural beauty.  

We can host up to 12 people for more formal meetings around the dining table, or up to 20 people for more casual working sessions. And if you’d like to stay, there’s four double bedrooms, two with private ensuites and two with a shared bathroom.

The Ranch

Secluded and tranquil, The Ranch is set in a sheltered olive grove on Waiheke’s western edge. 

We can host up to 12 people for more formal meetings around the dining table, and up to 12 people for more casual working sessions. And if you’d like to stay, there’s six double bedrooms, all with private ensuites.

Matiatia Millhouse

The epitome of contemporary coastal living, Matiatia Millhouse sits in our olive grove on Waiheke’s northwestern tip.  

We can host up to 8 people for more formal meetings around the dining table, or up to 10 people for more casual working sessions. And if you’d like to stay, there’s three double bedrooms, one with a private ensuite and two with a shared bathroom.
