We are opening the doors in late October to our refurbished Mill, Tasting Room, and newly created Bistro & Events Space, all set in a natural bush amphitheatre and olive grove.
The Bistro, with it's large courtyard and outdoor pizza kitchen & bar, will offer a casual dining experience with a small menu, letting the produce and EVOO shine. The simplicity will be a result of both quality ingredients and beautiful cooking.
A year-round calendar of events and experiences from local, national, and international artists, creatives, and independent thinkers will be curated to enrich our island home.
